It’s all about me…

In It's all about me on February 24, 2012 at 7:14 am

it is Friday again – ALREADY!!!  How quickly do these weeks keep passing by? For the first time in ages I have managed to beat 2 deadlines and beat them by 10 hours.  I didn’t even have to stay up all night working – finished by midnight :-)

Now I don’t want to bore you lovely readers but life in general is very good:

  • I have managed to stop biting my nails (the power of me)
  • have lost over 18lb in fat (the power of me)
  • Increased my energy levels (the power of me)
  • Increased work levels (the power of me)
  • Reduced blood sugar levels and cholestrol levels (yep, you got it… the power of me)

It might be all about me, yet none of it would be made so acheivable without the help of NLP skills and techniques and the support of my wonderful girlfriend, and great bunch of family, friends, and colleagues.

If you want to improve your life folks improve the way in which you treat yourself: look at ways of changing all those little things (and not so little) that you don’t really like about you.  take time to imagine what you would look like, feel like, act and behave like, sound like if you were to be that person you always wanted to be.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO DREAM!!!

A few more pounds lost. However, …

In Daily Diet diary on February 19, 2012 at 7:15 pm

Been feeling pretty damn good on this low carb diet. I have managed to beat the carb cravings and things are styling fine now.

I have managed to lose 6lbs this month and have weighed in at 24 stone 9 lbs that’s a loss of 17lb in 7 weeks – I’m very happy with that. It’s bang on target for losing 8 stone in 12 months :-)

I will be upping the amount of physical activity this week so that should also increase the weight loss.

Who Broke My Scales

In Daily Diet diary, It's all about me on February 9, 2012 at 11:21 am

I had my first meeting with Jan Dexter this week to discuss how we are going to approach the research for my case study.  Jan Dexter and Jayne Hildrith have kindly agreed to work with me and help me develop a healthy weight loss program that I can maintain and sustain once I have achieved my goals.

JI am meeting Jayne this week and am really lookinf forward to the first step in this journey.

WATCH OUT though folks because I have agrred to supply photo evidence of the starting weight so we can see a pictoral transformation.

REMEMBER MY GOAL IS THAT I WILL WEIGH 18 STONE OR LESS ON THE 31st of December 2012.
